They will learn to enter and exit the water, blow bubbles, submerge their head, float on their back with a floatation device, swim on their front with a floatation device, and swim on their back with a floatation device. This class will truly help them feel more comfortable in the water as well as help them learn to follow an instructor’s directions.

In this class children will learn to enter and exit the water, float on their back to the count of 15, swim on their front without a floatation device, swim on their back without a floatation device, paddle their hands, kick their legs on the front and back, and jump into the water.
-
Level 2
Children will learn to blow bubbles and practice side breathing, kick with straight legs, extend and reach with their arms, practice rhythmic breathing with a kickboard, practice swimming to the middle of the pool, and practice pre-diving skills. This level will really help children build stamina.
