Class Information
Most group fitness classes are 45-50 minutes in length. Most group fitness classes are FREE for members and $5/class for Non-members. If your class utilizes mats we request that you bring your own for sanitation purposes. We always recommend consulting your physician before starting a new fitness routine.

20/20/20
20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core work and stretching gives you a total body workout!

Aerial Yoga
In an aerial yoga class you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that’s suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you. The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve your flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do poses without the added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head. There is a $20/members and a $30/non-members fee for this specialty class.

Cycle and Pump
Your body and mind will love the challenge of this class as you alternate working out on the bike with strength training exercises. You will end with a stretch style cool down.

Energi
This is a seasonal class. Enjoy the great outdoors and workout on our outdoor Energi system. This class is a 45 minute strength and cardio training workout.

HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class will help you to be at your healthiest and will challenge you with short burst of high intensity exercises.

Indoor Cycling
This 60 minute class will offer a great workout that is more intense than riding a stationary bike. The intensity will vary throughout the class thanks to different body positions, pedal speed, and resistance.

Kettlebells
It is time to grab a kettlebell! From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body to challenging the muscles of the core and upper body, kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total body strength.

Pilates
Pilates conditions the body through movement breathing for legs, abdominals, arms, back, and more. The movements put an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and developing a strong core.

Pilates Reformer
The reformer machine is comprised of a cartridge that moves back and forth along a track and is connected to springs of varying resistance. The core, including your abs, lower back and pelvis are utilized throughout the entire class. There is a $20/members and $30/non-members fee for this specialty class.

Power Over Parkinson's
Exercises and stretches will help improve strength, flexibility, lung function, and body movement. All participants are welcome!

School of Walk
This class is held outdoors on the stadium track during April and May. Resistance bands and dumbbells and interval work will be added into the workout. Classes are cancelled when there is inclement weather.

Tai Chi
Come learn the ancient Chinese practices of tai chi. It combines slow deliberate movements with meditation and breathing. It is great for all fitness levels.

Traditional Yoga
Come to relax and stretch those muscles. This class is designed to introduce beginners to yoga while providing modifications. Yoga is great for mindful breathing, relaxation, and movement.

TRX
TRX is a cardio and strength training class using TRX straps and your body weight as resistance.

Zumba
If you enjoy moving to Latin rhythms then this is the class for you! You are busy burning calories and getting fit while you enjoy the music. No dance experience is necessary.
